Yeah, apparently this is a thing. I was watching YouTube a few months ago, and you know how they sometimes play an ad before your video starts? There was an ad for brake caliper covers. Like, a whole business, devoted to this level of fakery, took out ad-space on YT to sell it's fake caliper covers. I knew they existed, but i had no idea that they were a lucrative business...

Yeah, I've seen people do covers before, but they were always just a bit larger and colored. The closest I've seen to this is the fake disks people used to mount in front of their drum brakes.

I agree. I feel like it's so batshit crazy that I have to give it points for that, but at the same time, its so abysmal that all the points are negated.
